Awesome midnight microwavable cake

So it’s midnight, tesco is closed, I wanted something sweet - but there wasn’t really anything in the house or enough to bake anything. So I made a microwave cake. The recopy can vary, but this is what I used:

Sugar, around 100gram.

Butter, about 100gram

Self raising flour, about 100gram

Drinking chocolate, about 2 sachet worth ;)

2 medium eggs

So I mixed the butter and the sugar together. To do this I quickly microwaved the butter until soft (but I did it too much, and it all melted), then mixed it to a paste. I then added the flour, eggs, then cocoa.

After this was all mixed up I placed in a pyrex bowl, with some clingfilm lining it and microwaved for 6 minutes.

I then left this in the microwave for 5 minutes. Flopped it out (it went with a gloop) onto a caketray. This was then covered in maple syrup and consumed.
